The City Surveys Group Ltd has been informed that they have had an extension to the delivery of surveying services. This is through their framework agreement with Network Rail.

The agreement to deliver nationwide surveying services has been extended until December 2021. This is good news for the company and the partners that they work with.

The NINIS Framework, or Intrusive and Non-intrusive Survey Framework, is part of National Rail Design Delivery commitment. This covers all regions of Britain.

Richard Furlong CEO of City Surveys commented on the good news of the announcement:

“The agreement being extended is good news for the company and its supply chain, especially in these uncertain times. We have worked within this framework since 2017 so we are delighted to continue to support National Rail with its developments”

The Intrusive and Non-intrusive Survey Framework is working towards Network Rails Digital Rail programme which is making rail services more efficient and effective for increased capacity for future use.

With almost 150 years’ combined experience surveying, maintaining and installing the nations’ railways, this specialist team controls a workforce of up to 40 professional railway track surveyors. All are PTS qualified and all are supported up by an in-house safety and compliance team including…

  • Resource and Delivery Managers
  • HSQE and Rail Coordinators

Working throughout the nation’s Network Rail, London Underground (LUL) and Docklands Light Railway environments, all teams are backed up by the relevant safety and management professionals.
